Pricing
The price list offers a starting point. The prices may increase with more complex alterations. We'll let you know in the consultation or by follow-up phone call if the price differs from the price listed.

Collection
We recommended calling ahead 6 hours to arrange collection time so we can do quality assurance checks on the work and make it ready for arrival. 

Payment
For walk-in customers, payment must be made when you collect your garments. For business customers, please refer to your terms agreement.

Quality
We encourage you to try on your garments in the fitting room to make sure you are happy with the work; however, if a fault is found upon returning home, you can bring it back for repair within 14 days of your collection.

Uncollected Garments
All items must be collected within one calendar month of the compilation time or will be disposed of at the management's discretion.
